This website is operated by Tufting 'Eck (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any bookings, purchases, or services made through it.
By accessing our website or booking a workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking, or have permission from a parent or guardian. By using this website, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and may be restricted from using certain equipment.

3. Workshop Outcomes
As tufting is a hands-on, skill-based activity, we cannot guarantee specific results or that every participant will complete their rug within the session time.
No refunds are provided based on the finished outcome of a rug.
Please note: While full guidance will be given on how to use the tufting equipment safely and correctly, there is a small risk of the canvas tearing during the workshop. In some cases, a torn canvas cannot be repaired, and there may not be sufficient time to restart or complete a new rug within the session.
As workshops involve significant preparation, time, and materials, bookings are non-refundable in these circumstances.

4. Workshops & Services
Our workshops are experience-based services and availability may be limited. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

We reserve the right to:
• Refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion
• Amend workshop content where necessary
• Decline designs that do not meet our design requirements
Designs must be submitted within the stated timeframe prior to the workshop. Failure to do so may limit colour choices or affect your ability to complete your rug.
We also reserve the right to refuse service or end a workshop early without refund if a participant behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to others.

5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel bookings if an error occurs.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Refunds and rescheduling are subject to our Refund & Reschedule Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review this policy carefully before booking.
As workshops involve preparation and materials, late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Website Content & Accuracy
We aim to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that descriptions, images, or availability will always be error-free.
Content is provided for general information only and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

13. Health & Safety
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided during workshops. Tufting Eck reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
By attending a workshop, you acknowledge that tufting involves the use of tools and equipment and accept responsibility for your own safety, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

14. Events Beyond Our Control
Tufting Eck will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue issues, illness, equipment failure, or extreme weather.
Where possible, we will aim to reschedule affected workshops.
